Terms of Service

Effective 24 April 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Certisyn Verification Infrastructure, including the LP Verification Network, Certificate Engine, Bastion scanner, Forensics engine, and any hosted or API-accessed surface operated by Certisyn, Inc. (a Delaware corporation). By accessing the services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Verification outputs are not advice.

Certificates, scorecards, risk briefs, and audit exports produced by Certisyn record deterministic outputs of verification processes against specified policy artifacts. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. Reliance decisions remain the sole responsibility of the consuming institution.

2. Access authority.

Access to tenant-scoped data is governed by the Access Certificate issued to each authenticated user. Unauthorised attempts to access data outside your tenant scope, or to circumvent rate-limits, integrity checks, or policy-hash seals, constitute a material breach and may be reported to applicable authorities.

3. Classification.

All data processed on the LP Verification Network is treated as Confidential by default. Exports, grants, and onward grants carry a redistribution scope that binds every downstream recipient to the original classification.

4. Liability.

Except as required by applicable law, Certisyn disclaims all implied warranties. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid by the affected tenant in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or indemnification obligations.

5. Governing law.

Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration seated in Wilmington, DE, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
